CAD / Electrical-Electronics Technician (PCB Manufacturing)

We’re seeking a CAD / Electrical-Electronics Technician to join our PCB manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in CAD, electronics, electrical technology, PCB fabrication, or technical manufacturing who wants to work in a stable, technology-driven environment with excellent benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and edit printed circuit board (PCB) files using CAD software.
- Process, edit, and verify Gerber files for manufacturing.
- Operate photoplotting equipment and image setters to produce precision PCB artwork.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized production equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electronic equipment issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates with one or more of the following:
- Experience using CAD software.
- Electrical or Electronics Technician education or experience.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing or assembly.
- Familiarity with Gerber files/software (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Manufacturing or technical production experience is a plus.
